Thanks to World Impact Network and business coach Pam Hoelzle for inviting Puget Sound Blood Center to be an attending sponsor of The Reinvention Forum. The forum held four career seminars this September, and Pam and panels of guest speakers (See Sept. 9 Post) taught participants how to revitalize small businesses, to discover personal strengths and to pay it forward. Pam encouraged participants to do good deeds for others as part of their personal reinvention, and to encourage their beneficiaries to do the same.

At the beginning of each seminar, Pam Hoelzle and Gabriella Van Breda of World Impact Network encouraged everyone to pay it forward by donating blood at Puget Sound Blood Center. Fifteen people have committed to donating, six people have donated, four organizations are preparing to hold blood drives and one expectant mother is considering cord blood donation. For making blood donations blood, thanks to Pam Hoelzle, Gabriella Van Breda, Carl, Doug Bird, Anna, and Janey. For helping get blood drives in motion, thanks also to Karl Koning, Estrella, Debbie Whitlock and Pam Blanton.

Pam Hoelzle  have invited Participants in The Reinvention Forum are invited to a reunion on Oct. 26, 2009, where they can compare how they’ve employed the strategies the learned. PShe hopes to make the forum an ongoing, nonprofit entity, supported entirely by registration fees. She said, “We’re looking for community members interested in helping create a self-sustaining resource for small businesses and individuals looking for reinvention.”

If you want to help or sign up for the next forum, contact Pam on Twitter or Facebook.

Thank you all for paying it forward!
